While I had already made one jerry can, after deciding to add a roof rack to my Blazer I thought it would perhaps look better to mount several free standing jerry cans on the top.
To make this, I really took two half casts of the Jerry can on the bracket and sort of cut and fixed them together, to look like it had literally been taken from the bracket and stood on the ground.
It was then just a case of making a mould so it could be cast with the fill spout on the base, then making a few.
I then made and painted five, that green colour they always tend to be, with a black cap and then printed off some flammable stickers to go on the sides, just to add a bit of detail.
This part is for sale.
